You may need to be more specific. For the most part, most inquiries I have made have been answered adequately so I have not felt the need to make any response.
In light of the recent elections with republicans expanding their majority in the senate, does anyone know what the heck happened with the HR38 bill on nationwide concealed carry that passed the house last year. Was it ever even voted on in the senate or did it just die? I remember hearing about...
So liberal politicians (and even some conservative ones) love to use the term "illegal" gun when trying to promote their political views but can anyone actually define what it means. Much like "assault weapon" it doesn't seem to have any particular one meaning. Like when used by NY politicians...
Has anyone ever bought a rifle/shotgun out of state at a gun show (or elsewhere) via a private sale? Obviously there is no paperwork involved in such a transaction, but is there anything illegal about bringing that firearm back to NY?
Move to another state if it is so important to you. They intentionally make this process as annoying/irritating as possible to dissuade people from owning handguns. I would go as far to say that if you live in counties that act this way towards CCW, it is almost not even worth it.

What I find discouraging is that if you live in the southern part of the state (say Westchester County), and you travel 10 miles west, south, or east, you...
Yeah I can understand getting Florida or CT if those are place you travel to frequently. (though i hear CT is a pain in the ass)
But there seem to be so many people trying to get UT, NH, PA, FL, NV together (plus whatever else)
The gains from this approach seem to really drop off after the...
Here is what I don't understand about multiple permits beyond say NY and PA. After that, each additional one is going to cost you a lot more than the $20 that PA charges you and for what?.......you are only gaining the legal ability to carry in at most an additional 5 or so states. Is this...
Oh yeah???......so your've carried in Florida, south carolina, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine (all states on the Eastern seaboard do not recognize either a NY or PA permit).......I think you need a geography lesson
Say someone has a NY CCW with administrative restrictions and decides to carry their handgun in another state that has reciprocity with NY. Do these restrictions old any weight whatsoever outside of NY. Like say you you went to TX and used your gun in a defensive manner, could you get into...
