Wasn't the ruling on this case due in March? Anything happen? I figured the court would play dodge ball and use the prosecutorial jurisdiction
issue to decide the case in Wassell's favor.
To be honest, I don't feel Pres. Trump is going to last that much longer.
@Jmac00, I really can't imagine Trump not getting reelected. The left is completely self destructing right now. There is just more and more evidence that middle America has had enough of the far left. Not only will Trump get reelected in 2020 but I bet the Republicans strengthen their position in the Senate and they may even get the House back. All of which bodes very well for packing the judiciary with pro 2A judges.
It's a lock dude, I'm telling you.About 6 months ago or a year ago I would have said he will not win 2020, but the more dems that jump in and the ones that are running, I'm with you and actually think he may win 2020
It's a lock dude, I'm telling you.
Totally different situation dude.So was Hillary. 2020 isnt what has me worried as much as 2024
Going back to the case. From what I can infer , the court didn’t care about the second admendment arguments. It appears that jurisdiction is what they were concerned with.
I guess that they will throw out the conviction based on that and not have to answer the constitutional question.

^^^ This, this, this!
IMO, after listening to the entire video, there is no way that court will rule on anything other than jurisdiction. 2A doesn't even appear slightly to be on the table.
That is the core of the problem.@Podmonkey I was being facetious, just like everyone figured Hillary was 100% going to win (myself included) crazy shit can happen.
But the left has a much harder chance because they dont have any moderate candidates. It's a sad day when 2016 Bernie is no longer far left but almost the point for Democrats "center" and everyone is just trying to be the "liberal" Trunp and saying whatever they can on the left to yea and get support
That's the crazy thing Trump is the moderate candidate! If some people really thought about that it would blow their minds to the moon.@Podmonkey I was being facetious, just like everyone figured Hillary was 100% going to win (myself included) crazy shit can happen.

Bet you he would if it had nice smelling hair. And he hasn't even declared his candidacy yet!
