I think they would have been better off keeping the 40gr weight and working on the reliability of rimfire. Also, statistics show that 22LR is already more than adequate for self defense.
Ignoring everything else they busted them for... if it wasn't for that Nerf logo they'd have nothing. With it though they can get them from counterfeiting.
ETA: Also interesting that they went with an arm brace. This would be one of those situations where you may as well gone all the way.
Serious question. Do people really have alot of difficulty building an AR? I've built lowers using a crescent wrench and ball point pen. What's with all these jigs and things to help with springs and pins?
So are we talking urban or woods? If urban it doesn't matter since I assume you'll be carrying a rifle. Gray man is out the window already. So I would choose OD green because I love it. If woods then multi cam.
Taking the oath doesn't mean shit anymore. It's just something politicians, judges, soldiers, police etc do to get the job. I'll preempt "i take my oath seriously" by pointing out that I'm speaking broadly of course. But that's the extreme minority.
You simply can't. This is why you move out of NY. It's very obvious to many that NY is simply not a gun friendly state. It's the same with CA. You either think that 2A is important enough to move away or you don't. But nothing will change in these states. People keep saying to stay and fight but...
Remember this when you think to yourself that LEO will stand by the constitution and do the right thing when push comes to shove. This is the majority. NOT the minority.
After reloading you never look at ammo the same. Calling 70 cents per 9mm an improvement is insane to me. Not bashing anyone but it's just crazy in general.
I watched it. It was good. I don't think they'd be that difficult to make honestly. When I first saw the video I thought to my self of how I would go about making them and no lie thought they would go about 600fps. You would need a cartridge with a slight taper like 300BLK. I bet a 7.62x25 could...
A pretty cool series. I started right from the meat of it but I recommend watching everything. What would it look like if bullets could be suppressed without a silencer? Would those be NFA too? Banned? Probably. Whatever the case these things are awesome.
Yup. I only use the cheapest bullets available for 300 BLK. No sense in using expensive stuff on it. Hell this is my rule for pretty much all calibers. I'm not trying to win any competitions. If it shoots accurately enough and doesn't hurt the gun I'll use it.
This is nice and all but 99.99% of the time it's local/state police and well... sheriffs coming to enforce anti gun laws. I'd much rather the headline read
Some Missouri counties 2A authorize local sheriffs to arrest federal agents anyone enforcing anti-gun policies
It's inevitable that someone as bad if not worse will take over. I mean who is there to take his place? Him being gone also won't fix the problems that already exist.
Is paper ballot even enough? Look at what they did with the mail in votes. How can you prove how many votes there really are if you're not even allowed to access them?
Interesting. So I get where not being able to get a CCW would be an issue then. But is was this an explicit ban on open carry then? It seems that that would be the case if you can still carry concealed as long as you have a permit. Being that the law is silent on open carry complicates things...
Certainly not anymore. I created a trust back when you could do everything online. A couple of sbrs and assassins tubes all form 1s. Now with the new scheme it's not even worth it anymore. I haven't done any NFA stuff since. It's a damn shame.
Way more than a few are fat. Closer to all of them. They are cute and all but unfortunately this is a problem. None of them should be fat. And all of them arent supposed to make it through the winter.
The thing is that he has a 300m (328y) fixed sight. So I think he'd only need to confirm windage. So at 25m you'd shoot your target. It will be low to wherever you're holding. Then at 50, 75 and so on. Up to 100 it should be moving up closer to where you're holding. Not sure after that. But as...
I see. So now I'm a bit confused. Are you saying that the rear iron is at 300 out of the box? Is it adjustable? If not adjustable I don't know that you'd have to do anything but adjust the windage on the front sight. As long as the windage is good (at any range) I would think you'd be good at...
I honestly don't get too hung up on zeroing guns. I zero all my rifles with optics or irons at 50 yards and call it a day. If the rifle has a red dot and irons I zero the red dot first and then simply co-witness the irons with the dot. What's nice about that is if you ever take off the dot or...
@Edwardteach72
Have you tested it yet? I would think you would have to mount the light way further back so the gas doesn't eat the light up. Even better if you put it on a handguard and then it would be right by your support hand making even the button click on the light itself easy. I think you...
