So I’m going to contact this company in Texas to see if they can help me with this the problem I’m having is the local gun shops don’t think it’s legal but the research I have done says it isn’t explicitly banned in NY thanks this was helpful

A friend of mine sent me this and it appears AOW’s are legal in NY I just can’t seem to find a shop that’s willing or able to help me out

I’ve come across threads from like 2015 where guys have bought them but they didn’t say where and this is another way to stick it to the state by getting one of these I’m gna keep trying till I find it

Anyone have any info on AOW shotguns as far as I can find it is the only class 3 NFA item that’s not expressly banned in NY but can’t find a dealer that’s willing to help me through the process
