Ive had my trunk break down, never thought to myself I should have had a horse
Did go horseback riding as a kid, 2 day journey with camping, one horse tripped and broke its leg, had to be put down, really sad memory
Bitcoin is Proof of work and the only real chain that has significant hash to provide security for large transactions
Some coins are proof of stake, eth is moving that direction as well. there are pros and cons but i believe over time most coins except BTC will trend to 0 as use cases diminish.
Depends, in certain cases you can transfer bitcoin physically without a connection to internet
People get hung up on SHTF situations that like gold.
I used to think like that, but honestly if SHTF and you had no internet or cell service etc a stockpile of ammunition would be better in that...
If you needed to barter for gold how would you validate its authenticity?
Is it liquid if you did need to convert it to USD or CNY haha
Do you physically hold it, how much space does it take up and how much does it cost to keep it secure?
Easy to smuggle if you needed ?
I really cannot think of...
Bitcoin is competition for gold as a hedge for inflation, you wouldn't want to move back to PMs
Also paypal doesnt allow you to self custody your bitcoin which is part of its use case so be careful there
Is your paper wallet the seed or the just the private key, if it is the private key only u need to send the full amount in the transaction or you will lose the funds sent the the change address.
The entire internet would have to go out globally including the TOR network if this happened there are other problems
And bitcoins can be exchanged without the internet via opendimes or wallets
Yea Bitcoin only at this point purchase my first bitcoins 2015, used eth, eos, monero around 2017/ 2018 then shifted all my efforts and holding to strictly bitcoin
I run a few miners, currently operate 2 of the largest liquidity providing nodes for the lightning network

You can read the white paper here:
https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf
A good short read is the bitcoin standard you can find on amazon as well
If you want to dabble with a wallet and see how things work like sending transactions I can send you some Bitcoin for you to test things out.
Agree to a certain extent, people shouldnt fear hot wallets for a small amount, you should keep your stuff secure as your data is just as valuable to some people
Check out the coldcard by coinkite if you want a physical device, you can also use a 2/3 multi-sig for added security
Thats good but following the price isnt learning much to be honest, esp because you arent getting the actual benefits of owning bitcoin and some of the negatives.
Robinhood doesnt allow you to withdraw or own your Bitcoin, so you cant spend it, or use it if you ever needed.
I recommend...
That can easily be avoided, im surprised the people that understand how the media works dont realize the click bait there
I have had 2 computers fail that had bitcoin wallets on them, but i wrote down the 24 word seed and was able to recover it.
I would rather trust myself then rely on the...
Some times u have to refresh a few times
Seems like people add 100 to their cart to see how many in stock and it messes with the point of sales systems. i often refresh and will update or just be sold out
Seems like they are slowing adding what they have in stock to force people to buy powder and bullets to make shipping worth it
Some SRP came in stock on powder valley just about 2 hours ago and were gone within 20 mins
I have set up a few API's to sites that i have bought from before to...
Reloading i never have
i had a box of Magtech 124gr 9mm that i got 9 pierced primers for a 50 round box
Boxes with the same batch # i tried on another gun and had 1 out of 200
Spoke to magtech and they sent me new ammo
I have never had any issues personally since i just use my WSPP to load 9mm & i use cci 400 or 41 for 223, but i see a lot of people saying guns with hard primer strikes or for rifle the floating firing pin in an AR can create a slam fire or pierce the softer cups
Yea the winchesters are softest of primers for sure
I wouldnt use the WSPP to load the 223, a buddy of mine swapped 3k cci 41s for my pistol primers this weekend so im good to go now
Beats the $200 / box on gunbroker or even in the classified here
Just waiting for them to email me to say sorry out of stock but they charged my card so hopefully it comes
If you create an account on ammoseek dot com you can set alerts for yourself
I highly recommend doing this, im currently working from home at the computer all day which i am sure everyone else is too and its what gave me the heads up.
I have email alerts set from them as well and i didnt even...
