Staying calm I feel like is what paid off here. Things might have been different if that other customer was still there and panic'd or the cashier did something stupid. They did a lot of things correctly, except the threat was still reaching for his weapon.

Thats a great plan, I highly recommend wolf gold for plinking, they are cheap (.30 round), moderately warm, brass cased, and shoot consistently in anything i have ran it through.
