I heard a new one today..... So a nurse that was refusing to get the shot and was looking to take a layoff. Came home to her 54 year old brother non-responsive. They rushed him to the hospital where he died. The sister (nurse) and fellow nurses say that was a covid death because the unvaccinated...
This has been the heart of my newest bitching....... where in the fuck is congress? How are there not collations, petitions to supreme court, counter legislation anything from them. They seem to be more will to give up their power faster than the people are to give up there rights. Truly shocking.
I can see where you are coming from but I think you know that's really a shitty play on numbers. That play would be neglecting that the vaccine is suppose to wane the infection rate. So by your numbers it has but only buy 20%. Pretty low efficiency rate from something that is being forced on people.
I have found that also. Unless it's on the nightly news it is labeled as a conspiracy theory. Syracuse news station reported 50% of of the current hospitalized were vaccinated, but was still a pandemic of the unvaxxed. So I asked the believers what do those numbers really mean and no one could...
But the failure wasn't with the hardware, which was my first take also. It was a base metal failure around the mounting studs. So it appears in the top photo the lug had god engagement, but the screws didn't protrude into the slide itself. So all the load was transferred through the stud right...
Missed that tidbit. Yup shitty metal or opened up the thread so much that it didn't have enough metal left to resist the shooting force. Wait just had a realization did the screws go into the slide at all or just the lugs? If not it in the slide then that would be a huge issue.
Ok so that's what I was seeing. The picture of the bottom of the optic, the hardware didn't look like a shear failure. Well that because they didn't break. So the the threads on the slide gave out which now I see. First thoughts where there could be a few things (knowing your skill set...
Wow how tight of a fit was the optic to the slide? There shouldn't be enough movement there to create a shear failure. So if its not shear it would have to elongation. The force required to elongate that hardware should never be generated while shooting. My guess is the hardware had a bad heat...
I'm in the same boat. I'm trying not to be checked out at work but the truth is I can't. I was slated to run a multi million dollar company but I wont give up my morals for the all mighty dollar. I need to hurry up and get professional engineering stamp paperwork in while I still have time.
We think this is terrible in terms of health care right now, but its just the beginning. Wait until the big national corporations start having massive layoff because of the mandates. National trucking companies, Walmart, target, grocery stores, Lowes, home depot, hell even fast food start...
My target gun and hunting rifle loves that same round. I started using their lead soft tip at the same weight. They love it and have about the same accuracy.
Definitely a different world here in CNY. My commute is 25ish miles one way. So If I needed to get home on foot it would take some doing. Especially considering I wear hard sole boots everyday and the terrain is very hilly. I still have yet to put together a bag of my own, maybe it will be a...
