Zero tolerance weapons policy + switchblade on campus is likely the case for expelling him. If he hopped the uber from campus and didn't buy the knife at the gun store, he had the knife on campus before he left. Bam! Gone.

Everything he does is hush hush. Rochester news said last night that he has promised to answer questions after events and then dodges out the side door and is gone within minutes of the events ending. They went to Buffalo to try to catch him but he jetted again.
