Bullet profile has THE MOST to do with the venerable "kerplunk" test, believe me, I have first hand knowledge of this. But I doubt at 115gr lead RN, it's profile. Try putting a crimp at correct OAL.

About the only thing Remington still makes good, is their ammo. The Golden Saber is top of the line SD stuff!

Having owned almost all the Glock models through the years, since they arrived in US, I can say without a doubt, the G19X is the finest model to date!

I don't use powder coated bullets, but sounds like a bullet profile issue, which is unheard of with 115gr bullets. Try seating some lead, or copper plated bullets, could be the powder coating.
