I have to say that a red dot makes it easier, especially depending on the lighting in the room.

I purchased the whole slide assembly for my 365 to figure out if I wanted to carry this or my Hellcat. The Hellcat won out since it is a better fit for my hands. I ran about 25 rounds through the 365X slide to test dot alignment and function. Works flawlessly. Paid $499, selling for $350 + USPS...

After two months or so, I got my full carry permit in the mail. I gave no explanation with my request. Figured my near 20 years in LE working for this county would have been enough.

I was also at the class on June 2nd and am waiting for when time permits to take more classes. I truly enjoyed it and learned to some things about my shooting that I was never taught in our academy training at work.

I also took an OnSight class recently. I have the MantisX and use it with a laser cartridge and the laser academy software. I do need to take more OnSight classes.

What should I expect to pay for reloads per round? They are brass reloads hand loaded. Friend wants to sell some but neither of us has a clue as to average price per round.

I ended up installing the cheap CT red dot it is close. Just ordered the Backpacker stock and will see if the high cheek rest may make it possible to run the red dot with the AR mount. Not really a fan of 45 degree sights.

I put a low mount CT red dot on mine and was not pleased with it interfering with the rear sight. I tried the high mount and that doesn't work either. I prefer a co-witness setup, but is there a red dot that makes this possible? I am thinking of getting the Backpacker stock once I stop impulse...

So, when the screws on your Hellcat SMSC start to loosen up on your first outing, should I use blue loctite again or is there any better options? I did not have a torque screwdriver so I had just tightened them hand tight.
