Mossberg Shockwave 12G. Shot less than 50 mini slugs through it and bought a KSG not long after, and need to make room. It includes a Black Aces Tactical Quadrail kit, Opsol Mini-clip, Crimson Trace CMR-206 green laser mounted on top of rail, and Talon grip. Shoots both Mini slugs and 2 1/2"...
Dan Wesson non-blemish with 5 DW 8-round mags and DW case. This the commander slide with officer grip. Has under 400 rounds through it and no marks or nicks on the slide or frame and never jams. $1,300 FTF at FFL. I’m in Westchester. PM if you have questions. I suck at taking pictures but will...
I had two 938’s and was not fond of accidentally flipping the safety off in the car. It happened a couple of times. I moved up to a Dan Wesson Valkyrie in 9mm but am now carrying the Sig 365 because it is smaller and offers more rounds.
I have a lightly used Valkyrie for sale if you are...
When I went with my wife and two friends, it was the end of August. DEC cop told me I don’t need to bring my bear spray but I took it anyway. My friend was on the outmost spot in the lien-to so it would have given me enough time to get my spray if he started screaming.
Green would be the way to go. For my KSG, I just put a Bushnell red dot on it. I don’t ha e iron sights as of yet, but even if the battery goes dead on the red dot, I just place the target in the middle of the reticle.
I carried a Glock 26 for a year or two, but it was too blocky. I just shot my P365 for the first time today and it is everything I hoped. I have large hands so I am just trying to figure the proper placement of my weak hand thumb, as I have long fingers. It is easy to shoot, with little recoil...
I sent mine in mid March right after things closed down. I hadn't gotten my amendment as of yesterday and emailed them this morning. I was told mine went out yesterday and I was one of the lucky ones where the judge signed off on it. It was in my mailbox today.
I am waiting for my form to come back so I can pick mine up. I have carried everything from a 1911 down to a Sig 938 and PM9, waiting for something just this size and capacity.
I bought an LCP custom because it was cheap and I wanted to try it out. With the pocket holster, I spent under $225. There are times when I just grab it for quick pocket carry or walking the dog.
I am thinking of adding a laser just for the hell of it, if it will still fit comfortably in my pocket.
I am also a fan of the Fightlite SCR. I tried the Thordsen and the spur but didn't like it. I took a class where some people had fixed mags and when they jammed it is a pita. I built it as an option for my son to shoot with me, and for when I retire from LE, but I think it is the best option...
Big screw up while trying to install a spring kit in my M&P 340 while trying to tend to the puppies...
Anyway, have spare parts and can anyone drop a j-frame sear spring (MIM hammer) and mainspring swivel in the mail until I can get to order replacements? I will gladly return the favor!
I have a small house with tight corners and switched from a 20" 590A1 to a Shockwave with a green Crimson laser just for the reason that it is much easier to maneuver my house with the Shockwave. My go to is a pistol, but also have a KSG and a few other options in the safe.
That's if they make...
Probably not a true safe as my kids are basically adults now. I need more space. I was also thinking about a job site box to store the non firearm stuff. That would only be about $200.
I may go check Cabela's. If I remember correctly, Davis sells some but have not been there in a while. If I wasn't married with college kids, it would be a no brainer, but they come first, and I have to limit my choices.
I want to go look at something bigger and better than my small Home Depot special Liberty Centurion 12 gun. Can you recommend any local dealers in Westchester area that have a good selection and prices?
I can't spend more than $1,200 and am looking for a max of 26" wide. I would like minimum of...
No, but I just got to test my .223 build today. I am very pleased. I built mine using a BA non-threaded barrel and Seekins NOSX rail. Wished I could have sighted in my 1-6 scope but it was dark and my eyes are not what the used to be.
Had I not recently build an SCR rifle and got a Shockwave, I would be all over this. Oh, yeah, and my PPS M2. It would go nicely with my Tascol 10/22 takedown. I do have a 9mm carbine already though.
I built a rifle recently with the SCR lower. I was pleasantly pleased at the trigger. I have an original Thordsen stock sitting in the closet as I find the SCR is the best option for me.
