Limiting approved instructors drives prices up, there by making it not affordable to many. Broome only has 4 approved instructors now. If any of them are NRA instructors, the others will raise the prices even more. And the training requirement will stand.

Broome is requiring me to pull $500 out of my ass to get rid of my restrictions. With all this monkey in the middle bullshit it's not worth it.
