You don’t need to own property. Rent a room from any relative and use that address should you want to keep a NY permit. ;)
I agree with the rest, why would anyone go back except for family for even 1 lousy minute.
In NC you can do private sales also. Long gun need just a DL. Handguns require the buyer to have a CHP or a paper permit called Pistol Purchase Permit, issued by the Sheriff @$5 a pop.
No other paperwork required.
A good reason I don’t bother to carry in NY. I might run into a zealous cop and though completely legal may have to spend $$$’s to get out of a jam.
I don’t have time to pursue a lawsuit, just want to get back home to a gun friendly state.
I’ll keep my permit just to say I have one, I won’t ever...
I need to look at my paperwork, I may have entered my NCDL info.
I was told by the people who work in the clerks office that he was fine with me keeping my NY permit. He , the clerk, consulted with the judge, so that’s fine with me. I just don’t want to get stopped by a NYS trooper someday and...
I don’t have a NYS DL or ID, but was told by the county clerk my permit could be kept even though I live OOS.
The NYSP site will not take my info without either a DL or ID.
Maybe I need to enter my NCDL number?
That’s cute. You said a lot, I didn’t, I said hundreds of thousands. Shields are at 2 million.
What is it with guys like you spending day and night on something no one cares about? Primer drag? Oh, the horror.
By all reports I’ve read, by people who actually own and shoot them, a great value for the dollar.
Not a Wilson Combat but they get the job done at 10- 20% of the cost.
The”consumer” is buying hundreds of thousands, they are speaking for themselves, the only ones who matter.
What’s clear as day is my 365 is perfect thru hundreds of rounds and I carry daily, with no fear of failure. More than any other mechanical device that is.
And you’ve repeated the same argument for days on end, you made your point, let others do as they wish.
No one need concede anything.
Who in the hell really cares?
