The article is missing some info here. Maybe someone can chime in, but what type of bear are you most likely to encounter in Orange county, NY again?
See, I wouldn't know, but I'm just wondering which type of bear is most likely to vandalize a property, steal food, and carry out home invasions...
I'd pick up a couple new Tommy Built semi auto T7's if the restrictions in NY were that of the rest of the united states of America.
If we're talking no restrictions of any kind, I don't think I'd have the time in one day, nor would I be able to decide on just one type of firearm.
Only law enforcement should be trusted with firearms. This is what hours of training looks like and It's called having a tactical mindset. Some of you just wouldn't understand.
"this cool two stage feel" HAHA! That's like something I would jokingly say if I fucked up or overlooked something during the engineering design process after calling it finished.
So, for those of us that don't have the luxury to make special trips to different states to buy ammo, what are some alternative solutions people are doing?
If you shipped an order to a family member out of state, can they send you your ammo through the mail to bypass this retarded law?
Does...
Where do I start?
If daddy Trump is re-elected, We're going to get the SAFE ACT struck down, because no more assault weapon bans of any kind, anywhere. We all know how important the 2A is to Trump, so it doesn't end there. Income taxes will be heavily reduced. Homes will become more affordable...
How to disarm the law abiding? Make absurd amounts of laws and over regulate everything guns and ammo related. It's working exactly as they hoped it would. At some point, many of us are going to ask what the benefit of being a slave to tyrants really is.
This is one of the stupidest things I bothered to partially read in a while, but for shits and giggles, I'm now curious to to find out what the IRS considers to be an apocalyptic event.
I'm sure the IRS employees would have their job as priority over the survival of their own family and...
That's one opinoin, sure. You'll find many members here also DON'T support the requirement of permits in order to exercise your right to bear arms.
The permitting system does not exist for your saftey as a civilian, it exists for the governments safety, registration and confiscation efforts...
I've already been assigned to the city task force team for next year and completed my 5,000 hour training for the tactical waste accumulation thwarting security, T.W.A.T.S for short. We've been issued suppressed MP7's and Glock 18c's as our side arms, g36c's for primary, and will be equipped...
Anything is possible. I think it depends on how late it is and how it's renewed, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that there are MANY individuals that won't and don't know about the 3 year rule change. We're passed mid year now, how many are and have been due and didn't follow the change...
Ruining the very only and last thing that is good in NYC will probably backfire big time. literally there is NO reason to ever go there other than the pizza.
No matter how much I try, every time I press the locks on AR magazines, the magazine won't come out. I can also try yanking the magazine, still nothing, it won't come out. I also don't have the ability to insert magazines because I can't detach any.
Maybe If the firearm was modified in some way...
You can legally have an ar pistol with a removable mag in NYS provided that it is "bolt action" or "single shot". Otherwise without a fixed magazine on a semi auto, there are no other alternatives for one. This would be easy to accomplish either way.
"Widely shown to be anti second amendment for his entire adult life, David Hogg wants to show his love and support for the gun owner community, by proving he just wants to ban all guns he thinks are unnecessary for trap/skeet shooting. "I have a few family members that own guns" says David...
Judges -
"Proof of text, history and tradition of why people were always allowed to carry their firearms in these locations? - Yeah, we'll try to try to take that into consideration"
Bart Simpson - "I can't promise I'll try, But I'll try to try"
I don't think rent control is the answer, and there's a lot more to this picture than Kingston, NY.
NYS doesn't give a fuck, nor will they compromise for some city that half or more of the state's population probably has never heard of. The whole country is going through a massive housing...
Anyone else carry a handgun so often that when you forget to get it, and when you realize it's not there you feel awkward, like you're naked in public or something? It's extremely rare that this happens, but it hit me hard today. All of my work pants and jeans and carry belts have been so worn...
If you have a brace, just take the brace off and "set it aside" for when/if the ATF ruling is overturned or tossed out, like the bump stocks were. You don't need a brace when you can use the buffer for a nice cheek weld. There's nothing illegal about the pistol. It makes literally no sense to...
This hurts the smaller not so wealthy property owners way more, but the apartment complexes that are constantly being bought/resold, switching hands and management etc. with properties in multiple states, I honestly have little sympathy for.
Now that rent protections have been cut off...
More people will be taxed and priced out of homes and other real estate as time moves forward, even when the housing bubble pops. It's been so easy to "buy" a house you can't afford for so long. Reality will rear its unpleasant head soon, but it'll be gradual over time. Over 60% of America...
I know this is going to get a lot of panties bunched up, but the main reason these stores are starting to refuse direct shipments to your door is because every other person thinks it's the most intelligent idea to share to every forum/discussion panel, social media platform, etc where they buy...
I AM NOT A LAWYER BUT.....
I don't need a judge for a fifth time to mention that the ccia law is unconstitutional. I didn't need to wait for a judge to say it even once either.
On a completely unrelated side note, It's getting colder outside. A good sweatshirt and jacket are a wise idea now here as the colder months approach us.
It's so funny how many strong opinions here get flipped every single week. It's nice to see the strong optimism, no matter how constantly it's being cut off like a house cats attention span. I think some need to be reminded where they live and the history and patterns of NYS's gun laws. You say...
14 boolit high capacity, fully semi automatic, and ability to be concealable in sensitive private areas. And I aint talkin' about those areas either! I'm just glad we have more strict gun laws than other states, since this was illegal and stuff. Were their permits revoked for not registering it?
