In PA, we do not ask for ID when buying ammo except if you look under age. You have to be 18 and older to buy long gun ammo and 21 and older to buy hand gun ammo. You can buy hand gun ammo if you are in the ages of 18-20 if you are using it in a long gun. Also, you cannot be a prohibited person.

I fixed quite a few Remlins. The most common issue is where they machine the hole in the receiver for the mag tube. When the round is fed from the tube, it catches on the sharp edges of the machining of the receiver catching the brass. Take it apart and smooth out the hole.
