I have one of these. For training and teaching you can't beat it. Eats anything. Comes with 2 springs if you use above standard velocity ammo. Comfortable and easy to shoot.

I just purchased something from a friend. Took it apart, transferred the lower through the ffl, went home, put it together. No permit. No problem.

My last one in Westchester a few weeks ago took 3 weeks to add one and remove 3. They made a mistake and didn't remove everything I submitted. I called, they pulled the paperwork and the corrected one was in my mailbox the next day. I wonder why some people's take so long and some don't.
