boy .. NYS becomes worst by the day.... We try to be law abiding citizens and they still want to attack us... Yet NYS let's all the illegals in, no problem... no bail law... but God forbid you want a Legal Pistol permit and want to follow the law....

NY STATE Senate Bill S51001 This bill is trying to take most CCW off NYS. Sensative areas include almost everywhere, All business will be Gun Free unless posted other wise... this is being challanged already... let's hope so .. it's a total defying of the Courts decisiion

I know this is a dumb question.. but it's been years since I've gotten my CCW. NYS. I just wanted to check, I know NYC of course if off limites.. but I thought I remember either Suffork or Nassau county also being a NO Go.... can somebody confirm... thanks

Well, my thought is .. I have 2 knees that need replacement, and a paraized diaphram which hinders my breathing.. I can't run.. I guess I'd have to take my chance if I felt my life was in danger... I hope never to be in that situation.

PA permit is given in a matter of minutes... you have to go to the specific clerk office that will issue it. Many PA Counties will not giv non-resident permits.. you can check it on their site.. Also, I believe they will give you whatever your state has issued.. which will be interesteing to...
