I need to sell my truck. I love the truck but it's too small for my needs and I have my eyes on a replacement. It's starting to get rusty, needs rockers and patches on the quarters and door skin. probably fender patches too. The cab floor is good though. I have a picture that's a few years old and can get new ones.
The big pluses...the engine is new from oil pan to carb, clutch to water pump. New as in NEW GM Goodwrench, not a reman. I think it has less than 6000 miles on it now and runs perfect with the original point ignition. New Headman headers and exhaust with the ball socket collectors for no leaks. Summit Racing knockoffs of the Flowmaster mufflers. It's had new brakes, calipers, wheel cylinders, and brake lines within the past 18 months and yet needs a master cylinder which I will provide. Once in a while it will bleed past to the rear brakes, press again and it's fine. It's leaking internally. Monroe shocks a couple years ago but not impressed with them. 3 on the tree so it wont get stolen, it seems no one remembers or even knew how to drive one lmao. NY hasn't been kind to it but the major stuff is good to go.
I have also replaced the original bench seat with buckets from a '99 Silverado for a much better ride on my back. All the wiring is in good shape and the dash has not been butchered to fit the new radios, still have an old school radio in it.
I have it listed on Craigslist and Facebook pages for $4000, based on what I've seen similar trucks advertised for except that mine has a new engine.
I'm definitely willing to negotiate some for you guys. It's needs to go.
