As of today, September 3rd, there are 10 cert petitions scheduled for the September 27th SCOTUS long conference that either explicitly states a Second Amendment question presented or the 2A is implied.

It wasn't that long ago that every concealed carrier and his brother had a cert petition filed presenting either both 2A and 4A questions or simply assumed that concealed carry was protected by the 2A and presented it as a 4A question instead.
Those seemed to have dried up.
*I have excluded the batshit crazy, D.O.A. cert petitions. For example, one was filed by a man who somehow thinks there is a connection between the Second Amendment and the foreclosure of his house. Another was filed by a woman who is obviously mentally ill.
