All the while not committing a single crime. Actually avoiding one. Completely arbitrary as to why his PP was revoked, and the loss of his current pistol in custody. Wonder if it will ever be returned, but the PP and the pistol.

Unsure whether they will punt going forward. Was under the impression they punted ( read Kavanaugh and another justice refused to hear cases in fear of the past structure of the court) due to Chief justice being unreliable on the right. Speculating here, but hopefully ACB might sway that.
Until Roberts leaves, I don't trust shit and even after they need to earn my trust. If I was the Senate I would push to defund SCOTUS.

Anyone who has been around the forum or the other forum for any length of time should find this sounding familiar.
Someone had a not so pleasant experience in NYC for having an empty holster on their belt. I remember the discussion quite well
as there were some defending the LEO that dealt with the holster owner. It was one of those should I say "spirited" threads. I also remember citing my own procedure used when crossing the Colorado river from Arizona into California. I would do exactly as the person in DC did. I was camping with my RV just on the California side. However, I did a lot of off roading and hiking in Arizona. Whenever I would cross from Arizona into California I would place my handgun in a safe in the console but never removed the holster. I probably was just lucky when passing through the California agricultural road check that some over exuberant LEO did not see my empty holster.
