I hate to see what they would write about my training if ever in a situation like this.
The weapons and weapon systems I was trained on puts this guy to shame.
At an early point in my career, I was trained on a weapon that used a two-stage solid-fuel sustainer that would shoot a projectile more than 4800meters and nearly never miss the target.
I was also trained on another weapon that used an optical lead-calculating sight. Not to mention that I could accurately shoots near 3000 bullets per minute. Yeah, I was a near expert on that one as well.
There were a few others, but I will digress....

And people will eat that shit up. The cop did the right thing every time. That was the right decision and if they don’t stand behind him all cops should give up and quit. That cop probably saved that girls life and thank God he was trained. If he wasn’t trained he probably would have missed and hit an innocent bystander. His situational awareness with the other BS going on was fantastic. I saw the video this morning.
Stupid news asshole asked people are asking why he didn’t shoot her in the leg. If I was the police chief I would have said seriously that’s the dumbest question ever. Shoot her in the leg and she would still be able to stab the young lady my officer saved today. Should we ask her if the officer did the right thing? How about her parents?

Now the discussion is that the girl with the knife is the one that called the cops. Ultimately, it doesn't matter who called the cops, she was actively stabbing the girl. You lose.
