A libs utopia is a prison.
Literally, prison has exactly what they are asking for.
Everyone is fed and provided shelter and other basic needs by the government without exception.
Nobody but the government has guns (or any other weapon).
Rich and poor doesn't mean much, everyone is very close to equal (compared to the real world, and in an individual prison anyway)
etc... etc...
If you go through point by point what the left wants in a society, you will find that a prison provides it very well.
Also, in common with every other leftist utopia, the thing that makes it most dysfunctional is the actual people involved.
