A tourniquet was applied to his leg to stop the bleeding before he was taken to a hospital. There’s no word on his condition, but authorities said he was facing charges for violating bond conditions that prevented him from having a weapon.

So, out on bond, buys a gun in violation of his bond, hosts a party, illegally serves booze to a 19 year old, then drunk chick takes his gun, and shoots him with it while playing with the laser/cat toy.....
Funny, they mention the fact that he had just bought the gun in the second paragraph, but wait to mention is was illegal for him to buy the gun until the second to last paragraph....
Yet this will be added to the list of shootings that they use to try to justify taking away our rights......
