Just asking why anyone would buy anything from Cheaper than Dirt, biggest gouger out there during the Obama ammo shortage. Back to the ghost guns!Seriously, which companies and are they going to starting abiding by this? Cheaper Than Dirt will not ship firearms to an FFL in NY. Is this going to be a similar situation? This is more semantics, ghost guns, like assault weapons.
The last order I placed with them was for 75rd drums for my AK......... so how long ago was thatJust asking why anyone would buy anything from Cheaper than Dirt, biggest gouger out there during the Obama ammo shortage. Back to the ghost guns!

Great, just great. Now I have to buy an 80% lower.
Raids could get difficult for FUAC. NY cops don't have jurisdiction, and free state cops aren't likely to be interested in participating. Some will, no doubt. Catching a lawsuit from a state AG would get very expensive, very quickly. They will also turn over sales records if pressed. It is not a stretch to think some customers will be made examples of, with no-knock raids, etc.
Nothing more than liberal tyranny. These products are 100% legal and can be used to create a "compliant" rifle for personal use, whether Thordsen-equipped, single-shot or bolt-action. Nothing anyone here doesn't already know, but the general public? They'll be cheering her on.
Don't give these dopes any more bright ideas! What's next? Is she going to send cease and desist letters to every company that sells AR parts? You know, because these parts are being sold to New Yorkers for the sole purpose of converting NY-legal ARs into "assault weapons" as defined by penal law.
You know, with the seasons changing and the winds blowing, I think it's time to but a bunch of paperweights to hold down my gun safe at home.
