So I ordered a pair of holsters from Alien Gear on the 15th of June. I then get an email stating my order shipped on the 19th, great. Only the tracking number provided stays at "Pre-Shippment". On the 26th I call them to inquire about the status and was met with a baffled and sympathetic customer service rep who assured me this wasn't right and that he'd re-ship. Well, he did in fact reship and send me the new order and shipping info, but as before, it has stayed as "pre-shipping". It's been a full 24 hours since they emailed me again that it shipped. They have already charged my account. I had asked if it were an matter of the holsters needing to be built, but he assured me they don't send out shipping info until it's ready to be shipped. So what is going on? It should be in USPS's hands by now and the tracking should reflect that, but it doesn't. At this point I am ready to call them and give them three options. Either they over night my order to me and or they refund my money and if one of those isn't fulfilled by the end of business the following day, I will file a fraud claim with my bank. I tried being nice, but IT DOESN'T GET YOU SHIT. I'm sick of this kind of bullshit. There is no excuse for them charging me and telling me my order shipped when it in fact hasn't...twice.
