Any movement on any new or old lawsuits?

I have searched and come up empty on any new Safe act movement, ccw reciprocity, etc. I thought after Trump was elected and we got our seat back on SCOTUS, the NYSPRA would start to move again. Or, is it status quo and we are just going to sit back and take all these infringements? Any news is welcome..Thx

it really is sad what has happened here in Ny. How are we not moving on any new lawsuits given that we have a republican govt nationally? I understand the dems have Ny locked down to a police state, but SCOTUS should be able to sort it out now that the balance is restored. I cant wait , as soon as the wife retires in 12 years or so, I'm voting with my feet and moving to Free America...I really thought Trump getting in would change things a bit quicker...guess not

Trump has way bigger things to do, he's not interested in stupid NY Gun Laws. The advantage we have with Trump (and now the nuclear option) is that the court will start to tilt conservative, especially if RBG and Kennedy get their asses out soon. Other than that, Trump won't be making any moves against SAFE any time soon.

Watching the folks in the Trump administration and Trump himself is like watching an old Keystone Cops silent movie. Hie craps on the DOJ which is under the direction of Jeff Sessions who was one of his first and most ardent supporters. Thus he is crapping on Sessions who may be gone soon due to Trumps treatment of him.
The Art of the Deal my ass. He sought the Presidency as an ego trip cause what was left for him to put on his resume ? He is a bored billionaire. Since his coming into the public eye in the 1980"s his mantra was I, I, I, me, me, me. He doesn't give two shits about the people who voted for him. The last thing he ever thought about or is currently thinking about is the SAFE Act.
The most depressing thing is that last November we were offered the choice of 2 steaming piles of shit to vote for. Really was that the best our political parties could come up with? God help the USA.
