Okay, thank you. Sometimes there are subtleties that I fear I might miss. I see bolts sometimes listed as left handed and thought I was missing something.

The bolt pin will not fit if you rotate the bolt. The Mil-spec bolt has a tapered hole for the bolt pin, that way it is GI Proof.yes the bolt can be rotated for a left handed receiver

You would have to make sure the bolt is machined with an untapered bolt pin hole for it to work.
Ja, what thems said.^^^ what he said. I was just going to mention that. But yes, they do make bolts for left eject AR's in a fee different calibers.
