I placed an order with these guys about two months ago for a couple hundred rounds of 380, and I never heard from them until about 2 days ago, even though they charged me and never sent any ammo.
EDIT: the president of this company reached out to me to let me know they read this thread, and asked me to update this post that they informed me on 5/3 of the requirements to send my personal documents. I informed them that I received no email although it could have went to junk mail and I missed it. I have no reason to think they are lying about the email sent on the 3rd. I was told that their terms and conditions always said this even though it was updated on 6/21/21. They also said that the aft in Denver told them that pistol permits are required for online ammo purchases to NY. Whether they did or didnt I have no idea, but that is 100% false and not required.
Ill add that I dont think they were trying to scam me or rip me off, but I dont like their policies/requirements and if a company is going to have requirements that are above and beyond the law it should be clearly noted throughout the checkout process and not buried in some lengthy terms and conditions page that 99% of people never thoroughly review.
Then the email I get is asking me for a copy of my driver's license and my pistol permit. They stated that this was required by federal law to ship to me. This was not posted on their website anywhere throughout the checkout process. I told them that I no longer needed the order as I ordered it from another place and they told me there would be a 15% restocking fee. I told them that I didn't agree with the restocking fee since it took them months to contact me and any of the requirements that they're asking for we're not posted.
After that I went to their website and I saw that they just updated their terms and conditions the same day I was having the debate with them via email.
Long story short they refunded my money less 15%. In my opinion these are not good people to do business with and I would not recommend them to anybody for ammo purchases.
