65 year old man shoots a 21 year old in the back because he was illegally parked in a handicap parking spot.

The 21 year old is now paralyzed. The 65 year old himself is not handicap and only had the sticker to park there "because of a family member"
The old guy confronted the driver who said they were going to go move their car.

They got into an argument and the older guy punched the man then they wrestled, then the old guy pulls a gun and when the 21 year old is running away he shoots him in the back .


FUCK THIS OLD ASS BOOMER hopefully he spends the rest of his able body years behind bars

Absurd. Violates every single precept of responsible carry.

At my apartment complex we have assigned parking. I saw a young man pull into my assigned spot and cross the street to his building.
I didn't say a word, I was carrying, didn't want a confrontation of any sort so I just called the management about it.

Yeah. The shooter was a handicapped parking abuser as well. “It was for a family member”

Hopefully he was picking up said family member, but i bet he was not.

FWIW running away is dangerous. He should have been carrying ......thus able to defend himslef.

Yep. There should only be handicapped standing areas where one stands the car to pick up or drop off a handicapped person.

If you can drive to a handicapped spot and walk from it to the store, you can walk from a normal spot.
