Barreled AK receiver?

I'm looking to dive into the world of commie rifles, and i want to assemble a rifle based on the Sharps MB-47 receiver. atlantic firearms sells them as a DIY kit (basically a barreled receiver that you populate with your own parts). see the link below, my question is could this be transferred or would i need to have the ffl install a fixed mag to be compliant?

It's not even a semi auto at this point, let alone one with forbidden features.

Interesting. It looks like these are set up to take AR type stocks? Also, I wonder if those threads are concentric to the bore.

that is exactly what they are meant to do, i'm not sure if the threads for the tube are in line with the bore axis, part of me hopes not because getting proper sight alignment would be a chore with the cheek weld being that high on an AK.

I mean't the threading on the barrels themselves. If they aren't concentric to the bore and you put a can on them you may get baffle strikes depending on just how off the threads are. I watched a video about these and they say they are concentric so it seems they would be good to go for silencers.

didn't even think of all the fun that can be had outside of NY, good point though.
