Can someone help me find whom to go to so I can get my certifications? I saw something at OCC but there's no info on where to go... no scheduled dates, no contact info, etc.

Find out from your county what classes are required. Every county is different. Once you find out, then you can go from there.
My county used to only require NRA First Steps. Now they require more than that that.

I took mine at Gander Mountain ,(Cicero)
Bass Pro (Auburn) also offered a class. There is a poster at the Runnings ( Clay) entrance bulletin board of a group that hosts a class. A bit more expensive than Gander or Bass.
Check the B'ville gun club website as well.
Of course, the Covid thing is probably affecting classes.

They have 2 classes scheduled. June 29 & July 29. Both are Utah/ Arizona . Not valid for NY
