Best Nyc Range in Queens

If anyone is looking for the best range in the 5 boroughs, please check out Stuyvesant Rod & Gun club..We are the cheapest range in the whole city,great hours,free targets, competition shooting and team, always a point available,etc..Any questions just hit me up. Lowest membership price...We are all quite knowledgeable in reloading,training,saftey,etc

Scr in 556 may be ok at magnum point. I would have to check.. But as far as indoor city ranges go, we are a private club , best one I have ever been in,I was in 2 others before this club. Cool members, lots of experience. We have a lounge that people hang,talk,free coffee,we do ask you join Nra but not necessary..

Rifle should be shot at rifle distances. Calverton range on L.I. has firing point out to 200yd and limited access to 300yd (one day of the week IIRC).

It's bad enough that I drive to Nassau Rifle & Pistol from Brooklyn. I'm not looking to driving out deep into Suffolk.

It all depends on the level of your involvement in this hobby/sport. I drive 2-4 hours each way to shoot.

Not to hijack, but if you’re in Brooklyn there are two outdoor ranges on Staten Island which are definitely SCR (and more) friendly.

I am a member of Richmond Boro Gun Club. $300 annually plus 2 work parties, that’s it. Multiple competitions every week, USPSA once a month. Unlimited guests for free. Access to clubhouse, steel challenge range, pistol range and rifle range. Unless there is a comp going on, you’ll never see more than 5-10 guys shooting on each range. I’m usually alone or with 2-3 shooters.

We also have an archery range that goes to 50 yards and has an elevated platform.

At least 25% of the members are from Brooklyn, maybe more.

You don’t need a good word, come on down. Print the application off of the website and follow the instructions. Come to the meeting on the 1st Wednesday of the month and you’re in.

Im on the board. You don't need a good word. It's 275.00 a year..Come and join us.. I say it's the best due to the fact we are a private club.. Come check us out.

Our insurance, thanks to Cuomo, ,no more Nra ins in Ny, does not allow guests. Also no one without a nyc permit can even touch a pistol in this city.
