I suppose we’re not surprised by the possible court packing but the other options surprise me and scare me. Term limits? Could be good could be bad. Limit what they can take up how is that constitutional? Banning issues from going to the Supreme Court sounds like a huge over reach of power honestly.

She said that she prefers the idea put forth by biden to form a commission on the subject. That way they can control exactly who is on that commission and when they come out with a recommendation in favor of stacking the court she can point a finger and say see, we did it the legitimate way.

Yes that is true. It seems to be working so far.

As far as the filibuster going away it could happen if the dems win three more seats in the senate and keep the house in 2022. They would have enough votes 51 to remove the filibuster. Once done then they could pass anything like court packing. At that time I could see states leaving the union and civil war.

This is how radical the left is now. they are power hungry nuts. They want total control. Yet they sit there and scream they are the ones protecting the constitution. Yet are the very ones trying to destroy it.
