Bradford County -- An Albany Township woman has been charged with simple assault and harassment for an alleged domestic incident on Christmas Eve.
When Pennsylvania State Police troopers responded to a domestic dispute on December 24, 2019, in Albany Township, Bradford County, they were told by David Mosier that Pamela Mosier, 51, had choked him twice and then pulled a rifle on him.
According to an affidavit filed by Trooper Ryan Balch, David Mosier said that Pamela Mosier "choked him twice around the neck." The woman then said "I'll show you," went upstairs and came back down to the basement with a black .243 bolt action rifle.
Troopers found the magazine of the rifle loaded. The affidavit says that Mosier "loaded the rifle with a full magazine but did not know how to put a cartridge in the chamber." She admitted to troopers to putting her hands around his neck and to bringing the gun downstairs.
