Buds screws me again...

So after finally getting an order in for 550 rounds of 10mm and being charged almost $500!!, Buds has finally sent an email update on my week old order.
They CANCELLED my order claiming it was out of stock!! WOW!!! So now, not only do I have no ammo, but I have to wait until after the weekend for my refund!!!!

New normal buddy, almost all online retailers are doing this. Sportsman did it last week with me.

Screw them. I don’t blame you for being pissed. They should know it’s in stock or not at the time of sale. It’s called inventory and I don’t know why Covid has screwed this up so bad.
I had a similar experience with 5.11 tactical and I was pissed. They sent me a $50.00 gift certificate for doing this. I was happy and the $110 bag they were closing out for $59.00 ended up costing me $9.00. They redeemed themselves IMO.

Welcome to the club. Buds has borderline criminally bad customer service.

I just had that exact situation happen (again) with them in December. They take the cash INSTANTLY. They don't give it back for days or weeks.

Most companies charge when they SHIP, just for this reason.

They are the epitome of a necessary evil. Lowest pieces by far, even with transfer fees, but ZERO customer service.

It's too late to get into reloading at this point. There's just about nothing left. You can barely even find reloading dies.

Yeah I just caught the beginning of it , I got what I needed but I had to really hunt. and finding powder and primers is pretty tough now.

Effing 10mm has become the worst to find. You can't touch it for under $1.25/round right now.
