Would be interesting to see how many times per month the two systems are accessed by Dealers for checks...would be easy enough to calculate how much money was charged to NY Residents and how much money was paid to the 3rd Party Company in Austin, Texas conducting those checks on behalf of NYS...and WHO from NY is invested in said enterprise.
