Castle nut

I need to remove the buffer tube on my AR and I don't have the proper wrench to do it. Out of all the tools that I own I don't have anything that I feel confident in using that doesn't have the potential to mess it up. I've noticed that there are many different styles of Castle nut wrenches out there. Is there any one wrench that would be recommended over the others? I am Very mechanically inclined so if it's just a matter of being careful with any castle wrench , I can do that. I believe that I read that the nut is only tourqued to around 40ft lbs.?

A great suggestion , but I prefer to own my own tools. Ya never know when you will need it again.

It is not that important, I snug it up with the wrench and have never put a torque wrench on one yet.

Throw some blue locktite on for good measure if you like too.

Ha, I wasn't intending to put a torque wrench on it. I'm sure I could exert 40ft.lbs. by hand with no problem.I was just curious to know how that could be determined with a hammer and punch, but I get the point.
