No mail-ins 3 days before an election! Some training requirements to be added as well, say in Civic Responsibility and Basic Constitutional Law... Can't name the SCOTUS Justices on your test and you get a 5 year ban (Voting), and let's not forget requiring the applicant to display "need" to Vote!
