Me? I think you misunderstand my post. My point is that the mandatory quarantine order is un-constitutional. The dynamic duo keep doubling down on this. If you made the list by testing positive, then that is an entirely different matter and can be adjudicated by the courts. But if you are just going about your business and you get profiled or randomly pulled out of traffic, then that is entirely different in my point of view. The EO states that the NYSP will not pull anyone over solely because they have out of state plates. Which is why I think it is interesting that DeBlasio (ie - Warren Wilhelm) has tasked the Sheriff's Department.

Who says they are going to go off of plates? They can set up a checkpoint and simply ask where they are coming from/where they've been. People are stupid. They'll talk.

Why would you think they can't? They can have checkpoints to fish for DWI and other things.

LOL! That's because so many people in NYC already got it when it spread like wildfire back in the spring. They are probably rapidly approaching herd immunity. The current low infection rate has everything to do how many people already had it, many of whom probably never knew it.
