Right now the environment of impunity which exists especially for repeat offenders is ripe! It's happy times for criminals who do whatever the fuck they want, while law abiding citizens are loaded with ever expanding hurdles to just enjoy daily life!
Nothing changes until CONSEQUENCES for criminal, especially repeat offenders, is adhered to! Just enforce the fucking laws, stop being selective based upon DEI standards which are moronic when considering the Justice system! And for heaven sakes, be real about the demographics of those prone to violence!
