Medford ‘ghost-gun’ bust — cops seize 112 untraceable weapons, 12 3-D printers
Prosecutors say a Medford man turned his home into Suffolk’s largest ghost-gun factory, with 112 untraceable firearms and 12 3-D printers seized.

SCOTUS got THAT case, wrong. If only they hadn`t Arkcansided Scalia. Not legal in NYS..............SCOTUS refused to hear SNOPES AW ban case, and may never agree to hear one like it..................this guy is not being denied his right to make ghost guns by NYS alone........SCOTUS ruled in Vanderstock..basically no ghost guns......even in free states it is a dying thing and a problem to sell them.
He will do his time for sure.
Many merchants will not send firearm spare parts or kits to NYS anymore, too.
I keep going through the USA Constitution, and i`m not seeing anything in there about this stuff that they jammed him withProblem is he was engaged in a commercial enterprise and reselling the manufactured firearms. Tisk Tisk...
You can make anything you want for personal use, and there's no way the State will allow that inside a courtroom! Buuuuut!
Something like this is a different flavor! I'm all 2A, but guy isn't too smart is he! Because someone else got jammed up and rolled on this guy without a doubt!
Anyways!
Yeah I can. No Victim, No crime! Everything else is Stealing of Rights or Stealing Money!! We have more made up bullshit laws that are clearly Illegal! Can someone paraphrase the victim impact statement for me?
The "Accessory gun features" aren't banned, only if they are on semi autos. They can still be used on AR patterned bolt rifles like the RPR and Unitah. Shows how fucking stupid and uninformed the Suffolk DA is.• 12 desktop 3-D printers
• Industrial machinery for milling lower receivers
• Thousands of rounds of ammunition and assorted weapon parts
• Accessory gun features banned in New York, such as threaded barrels, pistol grips and telescoping stocks.
Other than hype, why would any of the above legal item even be mentioned?
There have been dozens of cases in recent years of people being busted for making PMFs for their private use. They go to court, then they go to prison. There is no magic courtroom in NY that recognizes the Constitution over State lawYou can make anything you want for personal use, and there's no way the State will allow that inside a courtroom!
Because it was used in the commission of a crime. The same way if one is breaking and entering a hammer and prybar become "burglar tools" which is a separate charge in itself.• 12 desktop 3-D printers

Hmm, as a law abiding person, I never thought of it that way.Because it was used in the commission of a crime. The same way if one is breaking and entering a hammer and prybar become "burglar tools" which is a separate charge in itself.
And the charges that all above items were used in the commission of a crime is based on conjecture. If there was no observation of said items being used in manufacturing of said illegal items, it is speculation.Because it was used in the commission of a crime.
