The "Accessory gun features" aren't banned, only if they are on semi autos. They can still be used on AR patterned bolt rifles like the RPR and Unitah. Shows how fucking stupid and uninformed the Suffolk DA is.

Neither is "gun parts" or ammo. Suffolk county you can buy long guns that aren't semi auto with only a driver license.

Industrial machinery is exactly what it is. So if you have a drill press, CNC, metal lathe, or router now you are a criminal??

And 3D printers are used for a myriad of hobbies, not just for 3D printing "ghost guns".

As Repete said, its just hype. They are trying to vilify anything gun related. While they are at it, you may as well ban all mom and pop hardware stores, Home Depot, and Lowes while they are at it. Oh, and don't forget any blocks of metal since they can be milled into any frame or receiver.

There have been dozens of cases in recent years of people being busted for making PMFs for their private use. They go to court, then they go to prison. There is no magic courtroom in NY that recognizes the Constitution over State law

And the charges that all above items were used in the commission of a crime is based on conjecture. If there was no observation of said items being used in manufacturing of said illegal items, it is speculation.
