This announcement, CONFIRMS the fact, that the Congress ALREADY got the message, FROM THE COURTS.......... that the ATF's FINAL RULE is TOTALLY unconstitutional.............
Because no written law by Congress, BANNING GHOST GUNS, OR HOME MADE FIREARMS, or the receiver rules and or pistol braces or QRT's... allows it. Only congress can pass laws, not the ATF.
SCOTUS refused to take the bump stock case, but that does not make the current anti bump stock rule legal, until SCOTUS says to in a decision.
This commie group admits, that congress has to ban ghost guns BY WRITTEN LAW, even if it would be unconstitutional under the 2nd amendment, to allow the ATF to again try to institute the final rule.
I guess that 3d printers are still legal, in the free states, for making whatever, " widgets" you want to make with them..and such remains legal........ESPECIALLY GLOCKS IN NYC OR FOR THE CANADIAN, NYC AND CHICAGO MARKET'S, to be supplied with them, in Candy boxes sent from Candy Factories.
I predict that over the next 2 years that ten million-50 ghost guns of all sorts will be produced.
The only limit is the number of Glock slides and barrels the after market can produce, and the number of aluminum AR 80% lowers produced, or printed by 3d printer.

There are already hybrid printed/ metal slide "kits" in development that are made from laser cut sheet steel and welded together by the end user. The printed community is pretty versatile. They have alternatives for home rifling as well as reloading without conventional supplies, printed FCG's, auto sears, supressors, and a cornucopia destructive devices. For people in Free America going all the way to non-gun parts makes little sense, but it may someday.
