I don't know if it was Ragnar but we got hit with some kind of cyber attack in December. We have multiple back up servers in various states and they were able to shut down the system before too much damage. But we lost hundreds of desktops and a server in Michigan. It shut down our entire delivery and dispatch platform right as heating season was getting underway. It took a couple of weeks to get everything back online. I can only imagine how much that cost us
