Florida going constitutional carry?

The article ends saying it's unlikely they will take up the bill in their May special session. Seems like it keeps getting put off. Also, I'm a bit confused about the nature of the bill, based off of this article. The article mentions open carry, not concealed or permitless.

It is nothing but a catch phrase fro the Right and it seems like it is being echoed by everyone.

How about just saying that "we as a State, recognize and respect the Constitution so therefore, we will no longer require a Permit to carry a gun"?

Ehh I get what you're saying but I'm not losing sleep over that to me it's just semantics.

"We respect the constitution as the supreme law of the land and as such it's the only justification needed to lawfully carry a gun in our great state"

I think it's equivalent, just one is an easier sound byte or discussion phrase.

People are simpletons. Everyone is trying to dumb everything down into easily digestible phrases and terms that even the uneducated mouth breathing layman can comprehend.

Shall Not Need Permission .. bye bye 4473 nfa form 1 2 3 4 5 ect too ...

since the bad guys don't fill them out .. there goes the lawfully part ;)

PS .. where in the 2A is lawfully ?
