The suit is now soley based (since charges for questioning the snowflake about his intent for stalking / mocking were thrown out) on this posting being a violation of the pillsbury dough-boy's first amendment right (to stalk Clarke in a terminal and on to a plane so that the snowflake can be a progressive tough guy by mocking with indignant disgust). Isn't the lawsuit filing and press conferences already enough proof that the snowflake's 1st amendment right to whine and have a tantrum are unaffected by the facebook post?

I also bet the puffy pale white snowflake would be getting different media attention if he stalked and mocked a black political celebrity from the left.

1) If a judge wants to scold Clarke for poor judgenent that day, how about his wearing Dallas Cowboy fan gear on a plane full of cheeseheads near Packer fans' home turf?

2 ) If the reporting is accurate, with all the real crimes going uninvestigated, why were taxpayer dollars spent for FBI resources to investigate this crap and why is Sessions tolerating FBI resources to be pissed away on horseshit like this.

If its true that the guy simply asked if he was sheriff Clarke, then smirked, whats the big deal.
Who would call his buddies to harass a guy for asking a question? An over sensitive snowflake, thats who.
I like Clarke but if this is true, he needs to toughen up and not use his position to detain people that did nothing wrong.

Maybe, and some say Clarke can be intolerant but I understand the lawsuit against the deputies was dropped because there were death threats against Clarke, Daniel Brown was doing some wierd airport stalking before boarding, Brown's behavior was admittedly aberrant, and Brown was briefly questioned to confirm he was just a prick. Personally, I got to admit that violent threats from an unknown source tends to change situational awareness, risk assessments, EDC considerations, and one's view of others' wierd behavior.
