FUAC says that President Trump's tax plan may be unconstitutional.
What a fucking POS that guy is... Since when does he give a flyin fuck about what's constitutional or not.
Sorry for the language it's just that this guy pisses me off so bad and makes me want to kick and stomp things.




On Thursday's New Day, CNN host Alisyn Camerota provided New York Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo (brother of her co-host Chris Cuomo) an unchallenged forum to complain about the Republican tax cut plan and how he expected it to affect taxpayers in his state and other blue states like California and New Jersey where residents pay high state taxes.

Look who is talking about ( owning the courts )... Sounds like another example of a commie projecting again as they are well known for... Man I HATE that guy ----- FUAC!!! ----- You fucking hypocrite....

Talking about double taxation he should look at how the NYS sales tax is figured. Take gasoline the sales tax is computed on the total price of gas which includes the Federal gas tax & state gas tax. It's the same on tobacco products. Sales tax computed on the total price which includes all tobacco taxes. Now if that isn't double taxation I don't know what is.

I just watched the video clip of the interview... Holy crap his speech is horrible, he sounds like a bumbling idiot.
He can't string together a coherent thought or sentence at all. I am not just picking on him, the guy really sounds like an idiot.
Even with his background and connections I don't know how he had made it this far in public office... God he's dumb.

I obviously don't like Chris Cuomo. But there is nothing about the way he looks or talks that would seem out of the ordinary.
But man, his brother Andy must have been dropped on his head 3, 4, 5, 25, 50 times. The guy is a train wreck but yet he has been successful in politics... FUNYC voters! Thanks for nothing...

Andy is going to make such a fool of himself on the national stage... LOL

Seem to remember he turned us law abiding gun owners into criminals when he passed the UnSafe Act in the very same way. The problem isn't the tax plan, it's that we have to support all of the state mandated programs here in NY. In other words, my property, income, sales, etc. taxes are so high because I have to pay for people here illegally and otherwise who get free everything without contributing anything. That is the real issue. Funny how it is only the corrupt blue states that are bitching. You know, the same ones that want sanctuary status, say voter ID discriminates and take away gun rights from its citizens. The plan puts a spotlight on NY for being so corrupt and showing the emperor has no clothes. Corrupt politicians are the problem, not the tax plan. How about we start taking away pensions from convicted politicians, not make welfare and free handouts a lifestyle, investigate Startup NY and the Buffalo billions, the Moreland Commission (Don't get me started) etc. instead? I love how he refers to the constitution when it is convenient for him. He is a massive corrupt piece of shit.

If he somehow makes it into the 2020 campaign, even if it’s just the primary, I am looking forward to him getting eaten alive in a debate. He is HORRIBLE at doing any type of off the cuff speaking.

Here's a twist to this whole accusation by monkeyface. How about if he uses the whole middle of the night, unreviewed, unconstitutional passage of the tax reform to initiate and succeed with a lawsuit to reverse it. Now he sets a precedence that can be used to reverse his middle of the night, unreviewed, unconstitutional passage of the unSAFE edict.

Pipe dream, I know. But wouldn't it be poetic justice!

really .. every time i buy a USED vehicle (private sale) i have to pay sales tax on it to register it ... didn't the very first buyer pay that tax FIRST ..

Really? REALLY? That's the ONLY thing you can think of? How about every god damn thing we purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We pay federal income tax (some states have no state income tax) on our income. In NYS we also pay state income tax. Those who live in the shitty city also pay NYC income tax. Then we pay sales tax on purchases.

So how about double, triple and sometimes quadruple taxes on purchases. :fuac: FUmonkeyface, you dumb piece of turd.

He has that effect on me too. I am sitting here right now watching a FOX news report about FUAC's pardoning of 18 illegal immigrants that were charged with crimes and were facing deportation. If I heard it right one of them is a transgender...
