New bill in House looks to close the ‘ghost gun loophole

Two House Democrats have introduced legislation that would require federal background checks before buying un assembled firearm kits and unfinished receivers, firearm assembly kits to be considered to be firearms.

So now they are going to require background checks to buy plumbing parts at home depot because they can be used to make guns.

I was waiting for this. It's surprises me very much we are allowed to buy 80% receivers without a background check. I'm surprised it took this long. However I see this law being challenged because it's not a firearm. Who knows what will happen except the 80% receivers will be out of stock for a while. Maybe I'll pick one up.

They also call the guns that come from the Philippines ghost guns too because they have serial numbers, but they are fake. Ghost guns is a general term for an untraceable gun. So whatch what you ask for because ghost guns have committed tons of crime. They then ship them to Mexico after they commit many crimes with them. What you should be asking is how many crimes were committed with 80% lowers. I know that's what you were asking, but be careful with the terms or the liberal will get you.

This has absolutely nothing to do with MS13, or any other criminal element.
This is specifically targeting those guns that people would build for their own personal use, to have something the .gov knows nothing about, to protect themselves and their loved ones from the criminal element AND the .gov.
These elected criminals are more afraid of us, the law-abiding, than they are the gangs, murderers, rapists, etc., because they know they already HAVE a reason to grab them.... What they want is a reason to grab US, any time they want, to silence us when we stand up and tell them they are ignorant fucktards and need to go away.
