i don't care if i have to open carry .. i still can't go to the local LGS and get me a nice muddy girl 9mm cash n carry with a nics check .. but i can get a 44cal BP pistol hammer with out as long as i don't have all the crap to load it .. or i can buy a super duper rifle with no problem with a nics ... from what i seen in Heller , i should be able to buy any pistol for my home .. but not in NY .. not one LGS would do this ..

I read the 2A as anyone .. it does not state mental capacity or handicaps to have a gun of any kind ...
