Good Revolver Gunsmith Around Rochester?

For my new used S&W 627-5 revolver. Thinking I want a lighter trigger spring and an extended cylinder release. Any advice?

I would replace the trigger return spring first. You may be happy with the results with just that. If you lighten the main spring you risk the chance of getting light strikes. Wolff springs sells 5 spring kits and they are not hard to change, plenty of youtube vids to help.
