The red flag portion of this law is absolutely bullshit. You're telling me a judge is going to deny NYS police such a request? They're just going to be granted, and police will have unlimited ability to just strip you of your firearms at will.
This is unconstitutional bullshit, from an unelected tyrant. These people should be held accountable for their actions when regimes change in this state. I want to see prison time for this "pandering with consequences" that politicians love to do. It's the only way they won't simply trample constantly on our rights for political gain.
